These terms reflect how this site actually operates. As with any legal document, a solicitor's review is recommended before fully relying on it.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using avaandmilo.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can register

Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Any child profile must be created and managed by that parent or guardian. Children do not register themselves.

3. YouTube subscription

We invite you to subscribe to the Ava & Milo YouTube channel to support us. Subscribing is optional and is not needed to use this site.

4. Membership content

Video content, songbook, visual supports and tips are for personal, non-commercial use by your household. Do not re-upload, resell or publicly share.

5. Shop & Purchases

Our shop sells digital downloads and made-to-order personalised songs. Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip and PayPal, and prices are shown in GBP at checkout. Digital downloads are delivered straight after payment and are non-refundable once downloaded unless faulty. Personalised songs are made to order: we confirm your details by email first and arrange payment after that. If anything you buy is faulty or not as described, email us and we will put it right.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share login access outside your household
Do not attempt to bypass account checks
Do not use content in any way that could harm or exploit a child
Do not upload inappropriate content

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
